These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Araniko AI platform, accessible at https://araniko.ai, including its subdomains and related tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement. By using the Service, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Araniko AI is an AI-powered customer support and sales agent, delivered as a JavaScript widget that can be embedded in websites. It automates customer interaction by understanding user intent, collecting lead data, and relaying it to business administrators via a secure backend system.

To access full functionality, Users must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for any activity under your account
• Promptly update your information when necessary
All orders for Araniko AI are processed securely through our authorized reseller, Paddle.com, who serves as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, invoicing, customer inquiries, and refund requests on our behalf.
“Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.”
We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information. All payments are securely processed through Paddle’s PCI DSS-compliant platform.
By purchasing Araniko AI, you agree to:
• Understand product features, limitations, and pricing
• Accept that pricing is shown clearly before checkout
• Receive access immediately after payment
• Review Terms & Refund Policy before purchase
• Agree to Paddle’s Terms and Privacy Policy
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase by notifying Paddle. Subscription renewals do not qualify for repeated cancellation rights.
• Monthly plans auto-renew every month
• Annual plans are billed upfront with discount

You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or modify the Platform
• Interfere with system performance or security
• Abuse or overload the system
• Collect sensitive data without compliance
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.
Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of chatbot conversations or leads.
We process data only to operate and improve the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
All materials, source code, branding, and design are owned by Araniko AI and Uttam Adhikari.
You may not:
• Copy or reuse platform code
• Use branding without permission
• Create derivative works
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations or abuse.
Upon termination:
• Access is revoked
• Data may be deleted after 30 days
• No refunds for remaining period
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled in Kathmandu courts.
